
Product Introduction
The IHF single-stage single suction fluoroplastic alloy chemical centrifugal pump (referred to as IHF centrifugal pump, also known as fluorine lined centrifugal pump due to the advanced lining fluoroplastic technology used in the pump casing) is designed and manufactured according to international standards and combined with non-metallic pump technology. The dynamic seal adopts advanced external PTFE corrugated tube mechanical seal, which has multiple layers of protection and extends the service life of the mechanical seal. For conveying media containing impurity particles, it can be equipped with a single end hard to hard (silicon carbide to silicon carbide) mechanical seal without cooling water. Therefore, when selecting, users need to consider the solid content in the medium. Practical use has shown that the pump has corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, anti-aging, high mechanical strength, smooth operation, advanced and reasonable structure, strict and reliable sealing performance, and easy disassembly and maintenance.
IHF fluorine lined centrifugal pumps are widely used in the transportation of corrosive media in chemical production, chlorine water, wastewater treatment, and acid addition processes in ion membrane caustic soda projects (most of the pumps used in ion membrane caustic soda projects in China currently use our company's products), electrolyte transportation in non-ferrous metal smelting, acid washing processes in automobile manufacturing and thin plate and strip steel production lines, as well as in many industries such as pharmaceuticals, petroleum, power, electroplating, dyes, pesticides, papermaking, food, textiles, etc. They can transport strong corrosive media such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, strong alkali, strong oxidant, organic solvent, reducing agent, etc. of any concentration for a long time without damage. Applicable temperature:- 20 ℃ to 100 ℃.
This series of products is designed and manufactured according to international standards (ISO2858). The pump body is made of a metal shell lined with fluoroplastic, and the impeller and pump cover are made of metal inserts wrapped in fluoroplastic alloy molded to have impact resistance and corrosion resistance. The shaft seal uses advanced external corrugated tube mechanical seals, and the wear-resistant sealing surfaces are available in silicon carbide, ceramic, PTFE, and hard alloy. It has a high cost performance ratio and is widely used in the chemical industry as an anti-corrosion centrifugal pump.
